Dance at the Moulin de la Galette, created by Auguste Renoir in 1876, is considered Renoir'€™s most important work of the mid 1870s. We chose this painting for our advanced fine-art cross stitch design library because of its portrayal of such a vivacious and joyful atmosphere which was common at the popular dance garden on the Butte Montmartre. How fun would it be to create this for your home! Every inch of it represents a different element – the dancers, the fashion of the day, the beautiful light fixtures, the trees, the fun, the emotions . . . . .

This chart is available in two formats - regular and large print. Once you make your purchase you will have access to both.
