Step into the world of mythology, magic, and Pre-Raphaelite beauty with Circe Offering the Cup to Odysseus Cross Stitch Pattern, inspired by the mesmerizing masterpiece by John William Waterhouse.

Drawing from Homer’s Odyssey, Waterhouse portrays the enchantress Circe seated before the viewer, offering a magical cup to Odysseus with a gaze that is both alluring and dangerous. Rich fabrics, glowing color, reflective surfaces, and symbolic detail create a scene filled with mystery, power, and dramatic tension.

Waterhouse’s masterful handling of light and texture gives the composition extraordinary depth and atmosphere. The ornate setting, luxurious drapery, and mythological symbolism combine to create one of the artist’s most captivating works. Deep jewel tones and painterly detail translate beautifully into cross stitch, resulting in a visually immersive and richly rewarding stitching experience.

This museum-quality, full-coverage cross stitch pattern carefully captures the luminous color palette, dramatic composition, and intricate detail of the original artwork, creating a stunning finished piece worthy of display.

    Nicely made, only small gripe

I really enjoy working on the pattern so far. The only thing I would wish for, is a larger version of the image included in the pdf. The depiction on the front page is not quite sufficient for my tast. Just so I can compare my progress. Because there are so many versions in terms of coloration of the artwork, it's difficult for me to accurately judge if I like the coloration suggested or whether slightly changing in thread was more appealing to me. The stitching advice infront is really handy <3 thank you!
